Marketing Manager

Objective

  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for products and services related to the tower industry, such as telecom tower infrastructure or related technologies. Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will work closely with both the Product Development and Sales teams to drive growth, the Marketing Manager will be the ratio owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s offerings in the tower industry.
  • Create value propositions tailored to target audiences, including telecom operators, infrastructure providers.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze market data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including defining target markets, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and presentations, to support sales efforts.
  • Develop digital content, such as website copy, blogs, and social media posts, to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations to support the sales team in driving customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and gather feedback for product improvement.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and industry events to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Act as a in charge of all communications externally, internally and in charge of customer programmes/activities with the sales team.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in business/marketing or Telecom. 
  • Any PG qualification or an additional degree in the Telecom domain will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Individual Contributor with 7 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tower industry, telecom infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the tower industry, including key players, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
